If you have trouble finding time to make a delicious, healthy breakfast in the morning, I dedicate this dessert-like, overnight oat recipe to you. It takes just minutes to prepare and provides you  with a filling jar of delicious nutrients to enjoy in the morning.

Maqui berry is loaded with antioxidants and also contains nutrients with properties that support healthy inflammation and blood sugar levels. Oats offer a significant amount of fiber and protein, and hemp hearts provide tons of protein and healthy fats!

Once you've tried this recipe, you can play with the amount of plant-based milk to meet your desired consistency!

Maqui Berry and Hemp Overnight Oats

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 2/3 cup plant-based milk (I used oat milk)
• 1 Tablespoon maqui berry powder
• 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
• Fresh berries (optional)
• Pinch of salt

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mason jar (or a jar with a lid) and shake super well until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate overnight or for 6 hours. Top with fresh berries if desired!
